The Pots Place  Art Gallery and

Co-op Pottery Studio

This Gallery and Studio is home to eight potters:  Betsy Sheppard, Norm O'Neal, Sharon 

Tabor-Cheek, Trina Vaughn,  Cuttivetti Dye,  Jim Miles,  Kelly Seo, Heather Neidlinger and

Kathie Downs, who work and sell their beautiful wares on site in the Gallery.  The Gallery also represents local Kentucky artisans: Cheree Federico, Karen Genter, Colleen Hathaway,  Robert Love, and Suzie McCoy,  who share their art.  We sell Fair Trade crafts, from around the world.  We also have a collection of Rescued Art, Rescued Treasures, and Vintage Linen - beautiful items, but that are still ready to give pleasure to their new owners.  We offer private classes and Warren County Community Education Classes (www.commed.us) in pottery.  We are home to 4yoga (www.4yoga.me), where we offer two or three classes each day by over 18 teachers teaching various styles of yoga.  Located at 428 East Main Ave. | 270-901-0599. Pushin Building Artists’ Studio

The Pushin Building Artists’ Studio is 2000 square foot open-loft

private studio space. Take this rare opportunity to see the artists and

their studio area. Works currently available by Angie Alexieff, Myra Dwyer,

Jack LeSieur, Laura McGee, Emily Lobb Hendricksen, Terry Wilson,  Jenny Lowe,

and Cynthia Houston. The entrance is located in the BACK of the Pushin Building.

Walking from Capitol Arts turn right on College Street and the studio entrance is

ArtWorks - a Visual Arts Coalition, Inc. 

ArtWorks is a non-profit organization of artists, patrons and supporters

dedicated to creating a sustainable art community by increasing visibility,

vitality and economic growth for the visual arts.  Located in The Capitol

Arts Center, the ArtWorks Gallery is home to dozens of area artists who

share and sell their work through exhibition, private classes and special

events.  Our Young Artist Grant Program provides grants to middle school,

high school, or recognized community non-profit art organizations in the

BRADD region and we invite them to exhibit with us.  In the Capitol Arts

Theatre, 416 E. Main Ave.  Hours:  By appointment and during special events

The Presbyterian Church:  GALLERY TPC

The Art Board of The Presbyterian Church of Bowling Green recognizes the

role of the visual arts have played in personal expression and in religious life

through the ages.  As part of our church outreach ministry our gallery displays

art in a variety of media.  Through periodic exhibits, artist receptions, and

participation in local art events, our gallery contributes to the creative dialogue

between church and community. Our large Fellowship Hall and downtown location

presents a unique opportunity for artists to showcase and sell visual art at no

cost, enhance the downtown experience, and celebrate God’s gifts to his people.

Artist applications are available online or by request. Handicapped parking is

available directly in front of the 10th St. entrance. 1003 State St. | 270-843-4707..

Kentucky Museum

The Kentucky Museum hosts a variety of art, culture, and history

exhibits including the annual US Bank Celebration of the Arts, the

largest art exhibit in the region. A wide variety of programs are offered

throughout the year including camps, workshops, field trips, free

community events (Hammer In and Christmas in Kentucky) and more.

Art Matters: Community Art Studio

As a community gallery, Art Matters supports local artists by charging

no commission on art sales.  As a community studio, Art Matters

provides after-school art lessons during the school year for budding

artists, K-12th grades.  Art Matters will embark upon its Ninth Year

Little Fox Bakery

Little Fox Bakery is a mother and daughter owned business that specializes

in samll batch, artisanal cupcakes, cookies, macarons, biscuits, and more! 

With 17 foot high walls, painted white, the bakery is also ideally suited for displays

of local art, which the bakery has supported since we opened our doors on

May 29, 2018.  Each month, a new exhibit of local art appears on our bakery walls. 

Little Fox Bakery also plays host to community events.  Everything from Chili

cook-offs, to live music, to poetry readings, to fundraisers,have taken place at our

venue.  You'll find Little Fox Bakery focused on providing high quality baked goods

with a modern take on traditional items. Special orders are available, contact us

Ellis Walker Gallery

Ellis Walker Gallery is located in Thoroughbred Square Shopping Center behind Rafferty’s. The gallery features and promotes the work of local artists or artists who have original roots in South Central Kentucky and/ or affiliated with WKU.
